This was a fun workout! I love "chipper" WODs like this one, that mix it up enough that you get a little taste of everything. It's awesome, you catch yourself smiling between the grunts, and the more sweat that rolls down your face the more you want to push just to see how far you can go. Today I was on FIRE and it felt awesome! I started 6 minutes behind the first group to allow everyone some breathing room on the different stations, and I finished with a good portion of them. I've noticed that some days you have it in you and some days you don't, today I DID! All in all it was a nice way to start off the weekend and finish out the week! Way to end it on a high-note. See you all Monday!
