Today was a good day! It was a bit brisk outside this morning, which always makes it a little hard to breath on the runs, still it always feels so good to get up and get your sweat on- at least when you've gotten enough sleep! Carlie and I had a late night of studying for finals this week so she was less than enthusiastic about getting up today, so I let her sleep and rode out solo. Even without her there to be my pacer it was a good workout and fun as always.
