I had the day off today, so I was able to tell my 5am alarm where to go and how to get there! I opted instead for the 12pm class, deciding to start my afternoon off right. Carlie even came along as my personal cheerleader, "M-I-C-AH, GO MICAH!!!"

I thought this workout was going to be a smooth downhill coast to ease me into my rest day tomorrow... WRONG! This sucked! Those hand releases at the bottom of the push up just suck out any momentum and spring you have in your chest and arms and really starts to drain you quick! Thankfully, Carlie was there to cheer me on and gave me the support I needed to push through to the end. I felt like puking afterward, so I think I earned my off day tomorrow!
