It was a good Monday we didn't make it in the morning but went at 5 this evening instead. I usually like to go first thing in the morning and get it out of the way but it sure did help to work off some stress after being at work all day long. We got to workout in the new box today. It was AWESOME. The workout was a little rough since my arms are still sore from "Daniel" on Friday. Half way through I kept debating if I was going to get a lighter med ball for the last half, but in the end I talked myself out of it and stuck with it. It sure did help to have Micah by my side motivating me. Good job tonight everyone that was hard!
