Jello Arms!

This is why my arms are Jello! (shaky, not flabby!)
I feel like I got punched in the arms!
At least I know the work I am putting into it is working!

Micah is not feeling to great today, he got up and went to workout with me, in reality he probably should have stayed home in bed. Poor guy! I just hope I don't get it. We are on our 4th week of Crossfit now, it has acutally went by super fast. We have had so much fun. I love the fact I don't have to think about what I am going to do and plan it out when I go to workout. Although I do check the night before so I know what I am in for, and most nights I end up dreaming about it all night long!

I tell Micah every morning on the way to Crossfit I have anxiety. I am wondering when I am going to quit being nervous, but as soon as I walk through the door my anxiety is gone. Maybe its all the awesome people I get to workout with every morning that eases my anxiety when I show up!

  1. I get anxiety every time I walk into the gym. I feel like everyone is looking at me, even though they probably don't even notice me!
