I was super excited today about Fran. I have heard this is one of the "go to" crossfit workouts so I was excited to try it out! I am still new to Thrusters and working on my pull ups, but it was fun. I think I am getting the movements down the more we do them. Micah on the other hand has got his kipping pull ups down (this may be from him practing in the rafters in the garage), he was doing so good today. I may or may not be jealous (I am proud of him though)! I am trying to start putting together a list of new goals for myself to accomplish. So if you have any ideas I would love some help. I think Thrusters with #65 lbs and pull ups are going to be on the list for sure!
