I loved today's work out. :) It was great, and the running helped stretch out my sore legs! I have already started recruiting people to Crossfit I am loving this!

Thursday
15 min amrap (as many rounds as possible)
200m run
7 Burpees
14 Sit-ups
Carlie- 6-rounds + run
Micah-6 rounds + run
