This was Tuesday Morning's WOD. I didn't get a chance to post it yesterday because Micah and I have lots of homework this week. I think I am more sore than Micah is but I can feel it all over my body! I haven't been this sore in a long time. It feels awesome!

Push Ups (games standard ie with a hand release at the bottom)
Walking Lunge (with a plate overhead)
