Where do I begin? I have been throwing up for the past 4 weeks straight. More than excited about being pregnant! Feeling very tired and completely out of shape. Yesterdays workout kicked my butt. I took it slow, minimized everything I did and still threw up when I got home (hey at least it wasn't in the middle of the box). My goal is to stay as active as possible during this pregnancy. So I am going to try and make it at least 3 days a week and not get frustrated with myself because I am not at the level I was. Micah as always did great. He has been feeling guilty for not getting to CrossFit to workout also so he was glad I was wanting to go yesterday. So even though I was a little bummed out about not feeling tip top while working out yesterday at least I got there and tried. As Paul said I "did work". So we look forward to seeing you all at the box!
