10 Good Morning (45#/15#)
30 Seconds Wall Sit (accumulate this time all at once or segmented – Thighs must be parallel to the ground, back on the wall and knees at a 90 degree angle)

Well, as you may have noticed I have been slacking a bit with my diligence on getting to the box routinely. Unfortunately, without my better half it's much harder to get out of bed at 5 in the morning, so bare with me while I try to find a groove. For now I am making sure I make it at least three times a week, and I am also trying to sneak a few runs in throughout the week as well, so I don't feel like a total slacker.

I'm sorry for this Flog losing some of its luster, I promise to be more diligent in the coming weeks, with more updates and more pictures to liven things up a bit!
