guess who's back?

It's been awhile. I made my first attempt back at Crossfit today! I was super nervous but it went great and felt so good to be pushing myself! I wont lie, I am far from where I used to be but I am ready to work my butt off to get back to it! It was so good to see all my friends and feel welcome coming back with a 6 week old baby.

10 calorie row
7 reps + squats

Micah will be back with me this Saturday! He can't wait to see everyone!
